🔹 12 competing teams will compete on the same farm and at the same time.
🔹 Experiencing the coffee production process with advanced machinery from Binh Dong Farm.
🔹 Extraction stage includes a Signature Robusta-based beverage (in addition to the standard Espresso and Pour-over drinks).

There are 3 main roasters from The Coffee House, Humming Bird and Bosgaurus will support Mr. Toi in roasting section for 2 methods of hand pour and espresso. Some members in Co-Co team will join the cupping session to support in deciding the most suitable roasting profile for bringing to Japan and serve in the seminar. Also to design the selected coffee’s ratio.
